This skills training will focus on 

• Individual skill development by age and skill level
• Strength & conditioning work
• Basketball IQ
• Scrimmages

No matter what school you attend or what team you are a part of, basketball skills training and development is vital to your growth as a player.  Often when players are working with a team, the coach is focused on running plays as a whole so there's not much time to invest in individual skill work.  Our trainers are here to concentrate on your players needs, develop their skills, and give them the IQ they need to expand their game and build their confidence.
